Rounding with Jzirah

WALA: rounding with my buddy Jzirah 

  This is my map I used 3 Norths and 2 East. North and South =98 and West and East =13

We rounded 98 to 100 and 13 to 10. The answer was 320 we had to add on the 3 to 10 and took away the 2 from 100 because we added 2 to 98 to make 100 and we took away 3 from 13 so we had to add it back on.

I learnt that 1234 is rounded down and 56789 is rounded up
